Refund policy
New returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a new return.
To be eligible for a new return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with all of the original packaging in like-new condition. You’ll also need the receipt, invoice number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at mike.ness@nesselectronics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an approved return will not be accepted.

Warranty issues
If you're having a product issue during the warranty period, please contact us at 800-331-7617, Mon-Fri, 8:00-5:00 CT. Many times our technical support people can help with quick troubleshooting steps and get you running again, fast. We carry quality electronic products and we've found that it's very rare to have a defective product right out of the box. During business hours, phones are always answered by a live person - never an annoying phone menu.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special order items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process received returns. Returns with incomplete information may take longer. Please include contact information with your return so we can notify you if there's a problem with your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, after we're done with the refund, it can take from 3 to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
